At Noodle Bright, we want every box to feel like a win—for both kids and parents. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Happiness Guarantee

If your child doesn’t love their Noodle Bright experience, reach out—we mean it.

Within 7 days of receiving your first box, you can email us at info@noodlebright.com, and we’ll work with you on a solution.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • Replacing items
  • Offering tips to better use the materials
  • Providing a partial refund or store credit (at our discretion)

Our goal is simple: help your child get value from the experience.


Subscription Boxes (Important)

All subscription boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

Because each box is a curated, complete experience, we do not accept returns on:

  • Monthly subscription boxes
  • Pre-ordered boxes
  • Multi-month or bundled subscriptions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

  • An item is damaged
  • Something is missing
  • You received the wrong item

Email info@noodlebright.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description
  • A photo (if possible)

We’ll send a replacement or resolve the issue quickly.


Individual Products (If Offered)

For non-subscription items:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return an item and place a new order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders must be canceled or modified before they ship
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

For subscriptions:

  • Changes must be made at least 10 days before the next shipment

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • Issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Subscription boxes
  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
