Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Noodle Bright is a monthly subscription experience.

  • Boxes ship during the first week of each month.

  • If you placed a pre-order, your first box will ship in the timeframe listed on the product page.

👉 Example:
If you pre-order for the upcoming school year, your first box will ship in September, even if you ordered earlier.

After your first shipment, future boxes will continue shipping monthly.


What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive two important emails:

  1. Order Confirmation (sent immediately after checkout)

  2. Shipping Confirmation + Tracking Info (sent when your box ships)

Emails will come from info@noodlebright.com—be sure to check your spam folder just in case.


How do I track my order?

Once your box ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

You can use that link anytime to check:

  • Shipping status

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Any carrier delays

Tracking links typically remain active for several weeks after delivery.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Shipping is free for all subscription orders within the United States, including:

    • Alaska

    • Hawaii

    • APO/FPO/DPO addresses


Where do you ship?

Currently, Noodle Bright ships within the United States only.

(We plan to expand internationally in the future!)


How long does delivery take?

Once your box ships, most orders arrive within:

  • 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier


Can I update my shipping address?

Yes—just make sure to update it in time.

  • Address changes must be made at least 10 days before the next monthly shipment

  • Changes made after that may apply to the following box

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, email us as soon as possible at info@noodlebright.com, and we’ll do our best to help.


What if I haven’t received my box?

If your box hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link

  2. Review the carrier status for delays or delivery issues

Pre-orders & Multiple Shipments

  • Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship later (based on the listed timeline)

  • If you order multiple items:

    • Available items may ship first

    • Pre-order items will ship separately

This means you may receive multiple tracking numbers.


Holiday Shipping

Because Noodle Bright ships on a monthly schedule, we do not guarantee holiday delivery dates.

If you’re giving Noodle Bright as a gift, we recommend:

  • Ordering early

  • Or printing a gift note to share while you wait for the first box
